Century Communities has entered the Charlotte market, expanding the Colorado-based public builder’s southeastern presence and marking its 10th operation in the U.S.
The company made the announcement this week and said it has land assets in seven different communities in the Charlotte area.
The home builder controls 116 homesites in the Pleasant Oaks community, located in Concord in northeast Charlotte. This community will feature single-family homes ranging from 2,431 to 4,015 square feet, starting in the $240s. Also in east Charlotte, Century will develop 140 homesites in the Cedarvale Farms and Cedarvale Estates communities. With 37 lots, Cedarvale Farms will feature homes beginning in the $260s ranging from 2,431 to 3,062 square feet. Cedarvale Estates homes will begin in the low $300s with home sizes ranging from 2,757 to 4,015 square feet on 103 lots.
In south Charlotte, Century has land in two communities. Its Wyndmoor community in Marvin will feature 10 large-estate homesites with luxury homes starting from the $500s. The nearby Greenbrier community in Waxhaw, with more than 200 home lots, will offer Century homes from the $300s.
