Jason Barrett

Jason Barrett is the Senior Vice President of Renewable Energy Sales at GAF Energy, with direct responsibility for residential and commercial markets. He also served as the Vice President of Structured Finance and Investments originating and deploying tax equity in solar rooftop transactions. Jason has an extensive background in structured finance and asset management with prior positions at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Fannie Mae, and Morgan Stanley. He has a BBA in Finance / International Business from Howard University, where he was an ITT Hartford Scholar. Jason has an MBA from Cornell University, and received the Robert Toigo Fellowship, later becoming an award recipient in 2007. Jason serves as a Board Member of the USATF Foundation, which provides opportunities to youth and elite athletes in track and field and is also a Board Member of Renewables Forward, which focuses on increasing diversity in the renewable and clean energy industry.

Reynolds Holmes
Vice President, Services & Product Management @GAF



Reynolds’ personal mission is to democratize renewable energy. The ability to unlock solar through the roofing channel represents the best opportunity to accomplish his mission. Prior to joining GAF Energy, he held senior leadership positions at both SolarCity and Tesla, where he led launches of new energy products, services, and experiences designed for scale. He earned an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BS in electrical engineering from Yale University.

Scott Sumetz

Scott has over 13 years of experience as a solar leader with an extensive finance background.  His passion is to change the way we use energy through education and deployment of solar across the US.  His roots in finance started after college over 25 years ago by building a successful local Northwest Mortgage firm.  In 2010 Scott moved his family to Phoenix Arizona utilizing his home-financing background to be a part of the solar industry, focusing on both commercial and residential.  He has spent his last 8 years with SUNRUN successfully scaling the Direct and Retail Sales Teams throughout the Southwest.  Thrilled to join the GAF Energy team, he is excited to be part of the next evolution in the solar-roofing space.
