Novi is with the buyer from the moment of first-contact up until the final contract. Here is how Novi can help you through the buyer’s journey:

  1. Register the Buyer: Your custom Novi app allows you to digitally register every lead that walks through your door. These leads are then integrated into your CRM. 
  2. The Buyer Browses Homes: NoviHome allows you to create a custom app of all your available homes. Digital content will be beautifully displayed across devices: Smart TV, mobile, tablet, and desktop. 
  3. Follow Your Buyers: Novi provides analytics and real-time data on what your buyer is doing in your app. This will show you how often they are in your app, and what homes, floor plans and communities they are viewing. 
  4. Communicate with the Buyer: After the buyer goes under contract your custom app has a built in progress update feature. This allows anyone on your team to send photos, videos or messages to the buyer.
  5. Buyer Closes on the Home: To make closing easy, Novi has live document and agreement features. These allow your team and the buyer to sign and view all documents.

Visionary Homes: Visionary Homes sent a progress update to a buyer through their Novi app of the tile being installed. Immediately, the buyer responded that the tile was being laid in the wrong direction. They were able to fix this, saving them time and money.
Davidson Homes: Davidson Homes surveyed their home buyers to see if NoviHome enhanced their buying experience and 78% said YES!
