The Pinnacle of Management Excellence Award celebrates a lifetime’s achievement in superior management practices and visionary leadership in the home building industry. It is not an annual award. Winners are selected by a board of consultants of Shinn Group and include builders who have been retired from day-to-day operations for approximately five years.
“This year, we honor Bob Snyder of Snyder Homes with the Pinnacle of Management Excellence Award,” said Chuck Shinn. “Bob was an early adopter and participant of Lee Evans seminars. He developed and implemented strong management systems and processes which guided the company’s success and profitability. Bob was a strong, process-oriented leader, developing standardized systems and procedures. It gives me great pleasure to present this award to his wife Pat and his son Chris.”
