Robertson Homes has had the pleasure of being involved in building and developing over 65 communities, with over 4,000 homes. We offer an array of gracious home choices including single-family homes, detached condominiums, attached condominiums, stacked condominiums, and mid-rise condominiums. Robertson Homes was one of the first builders in Birmingham Michigan to build a LEED certified home and we have built many more homes to LEED standards. For the past several years we have also been future proofing our entry level town home garages with EV car charger preps.
While always building beyond code minimums, Robertson Homes is keeping the future in mind and taking steps to become the first production Michigan builder to be Net Zero Ready. With green and tech savvy home details at the forefront, we also understand that a home is a personal statement. The Design Studio is staffed with a professional design team and an array of selections to help make each home truly unique.

Power Award for Quality the last year the award was given in Southeast Michigan and in more recent history recognized as the 2015 Builder of the Year and 2017 Developer of the Year by the Southeast Michigan Home Builders Association.
