Builder Partnerships would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to our builder members. This has been an interesting and challenging year, and we want you to know we value your partnership and participation. 

Many of our members are taking full advantage of the benefits of our incentive programs, and rebate earnings are on the rise. During the third quarter, our top three rebate earners submitted for more than $45,000 while 10 members submitted for more than $25,000 and 40+ members submitted for more than $10,000. 

It was this time last year that we transitioned to monthly submissions to streamline workflow and get rebate dollars into our members' hands faster. We continue to see higher levels of participation, and we appreciate your support of our ongoing enhancements to the rebate submission process.

As a reminder, all 2020 submissions are due no later than January 10, 2021. There are only two more submission periods before the deadline. Please submit your 2020 closings as soon as possible.
