FATE, TX – Surprises abound when a family purchases a home that has been dedicated as a Homes for HOPE project. On January 15th, one family experienced this first-hand when they arrived to find their new home full of people celebrating the large donation made possible by a collective effort from Grand Homes and the trade partners who worked on their home.
“The first thing we heard when we walked in was someone praying over our house!” the homeowners remarked. And according to founder Stephen Brooks, the blessings don’t end there. “Something incredible always happens in a Homes for HOPE house,” says Brooks.
While the guests feasted on barbecue, Brooks and Western U.S. Homes for HOPE representative Kent Rice shared about how lives are impacted through the microfinancing and biblically-based training of HOPE International.
