Mandalay Homes Partners With Mosaic for New-Home Construction in Arizona

Mosaic offers value-engineering services for Jasper by Mandalay Homes and Adora at Timber Sky.

Prescott, Arizona-based builder Mandalay Homes has partnered with Mosaic, a construction technology company, to manage new-home construction at two of its communities—Jasper by Mandalay Homes, a 1,200-acre master-planned community in Prescott Valley, Arizona, and Adora at Timber Sky, a 35-home neighborhood at the Timber Sky master-planned community by Vintage Partners in Flagstaff, Arizona.

As general contractor at both communities, as well as architect at Adora at Timber Sky, Mosaic will utilize its construction software to standardize and value-engineer the community’s home building processes and design objectives at scale. These include the builder’s high existing standards for energy-efficient construction, including energy conservation, sustainability, and indoor air quality.

Jasper is set to feature single-family, net-zero-ready homes ranging from 1,231 to 2,531 square feet, with two to five bedrooms and two to four baths. Amenities will include miles of connecting trails, a dog park, two resort-inspired pools, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness studio, pickleball and tennis courts, and a coffee and wine bar.

Adora at Timber Sky’s single-family, energy-efficient homes will range from approximately 1,651 to 1,856 square feet. The community will feature biking and hiking trails that lead to downtown Flagstaff, and master plan amenities will include athletic and community spaces.
