The builder will debut new floor plans at the Tyler Ranch community, approved for 303 homesites.

Mattamy Homes closed on a significant land purchase in the city of Buckeye, Arizona, building on the success of several sold-out communities in Maricopa County. The home builder purchased the 71-acre property in Buckeye for $8.84 million. The property, known as Tyler Ranch, is approved for 303 homesites.

“The location, floor plans, and community design that our Tyler Ranch community is going to provide to homeowners will make it a highly sought-after place to live in the West Valley,” says Dan Barrineau, president of Mattamy Homes’ Phoenix division. “We expect the community to serve a diverse demographic, including young and established families and empty nesters. Everyone at Mattamy is excited to bring this project to life.”

The builder will introduce all-new floor plans to Tyler Ranch, which will debut in the Valley later in 2022, including a mixture of single-family homes on 48-foot-by-115-foot and 53-foot-by-115-foot lots. Mattamy says nearly one-third of the homesites in Tyler Ranch will back onto open space.

Nearly 14 acres of open space is planned for the community, including ramadas, seating areas, play structures, and open turf. The Tyler Ranch community will offer access to nearby shopping and the Instertate-10 freeway, connecting to Loop 303 and Loop 101, home to major employment centers and recreation. Land development at Tyler Ranch will begin in early 2022, and sales are expected to launch in mid-2023.
