Stansil Park in the Starkey Ranch MP will offer 230 single-family homes.

Taylor Morrison will be offering a new collection of single-family homes at the master-planned community of Starkey Ranch in Odessa, Florida.

Taylor Morrison currently offers single-family and villa homes in its Esplanade and Whitfield Preserve neighborhoods and will now expand its floor-plan selection into the Stansil Park neighborhood. Within the approximately 2,400-acre master-plan, Taylor Morrison plans to offer 230 single-family homes in the Stansil Park neighborhood.

Stansil Park at Starkey Ranch will feature open floor plans with spacious living rooms, designer kitchens, owner’s suites, and flexible upgrade options throughout.

“This will be an exciting new addition to our existing Esplanade and Whitfield Preserve neighborhoods within beautiful Starkey Ranch, especially given its tranquil location and surrounding nature preserves,” said Douglas Miller, president for Taylor Morrison’s Tampa division. “Our homes will be set in an ideal location as Starkey Ranch is a fantastic community to live the famed Florida lifestyle.

”Future residents at Stansil Park will have access to Starkey Ranch’s two community pools, splash pad, multiple dog parks, playground, picnic pavilions, an open lawn and the 80-acre District Park which includes a lighted Little League baseball/softball field, multi-sport fields, playground and a trailhead to the community’s 20-mile trail system.

Starkey Ranch is located in Pasco County, just 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and approximately five miles west of the Suncoast Parkway. It offers a quick commute to SR 54, top-rated schools, work corridors, fine restaurants, grocery, and medical providers. There are also plans for a K-8 public school, a shared-use gymnasium and tennis courts, a public library and community theater. Starkey Ranch will also have its own business park for retail, medical and office uses.
