There is no question we are living in difficult times. Just when we get back on our feet there seems to be another crisis that affects our family and livelihood.
At Reality Concepts, our deepest concern is that all your family, friends, and workers stay healthy. We want to take this time to touch base with all our home builders to brainstorm on your needs and how we can better serve you. As part of that, we are recommending to all our Home Builders to consider alternative methods of communicating directly with home buyers.
While meeting in person is preferred, individual concerns about the outbreak and supporting efforts to curb the Covid-19 outbreak are paramount. The remote communication option will make customers more comfortable and show that you care. One of the options we have discussed is adding a chat function to the website, which can be free. We have also experimented with video chat and that is working well. We have found that some applications are free, and others are low cost.
Another option is to offer Video Chat and Conferencing. This can be done through FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Skype. Offering text messaging directly or through WhatsApp is another alternative. We have been able to integrate several of these directly into some sites and are working on other options as well. Please contact us if you are interested in adding either regular chat or video chat options to your website.
There will be no charge for consulting with Reality Concepts on the use of any of these applications, programs, or functions. There will also be no charge if you decide to install any of these options on your website.
As a company, we are taking every step possible to comply with the government’s recommendations. All our employees are working remotely from their homes and we are using various chat and video conferencing products to make sure this is a smooth process.
