Lennox has been recognized on the Drucker Institute Management Top 250 list for the third consecutive year, an annual ranking published by The Wall Street Journal that assesses corporate performance across key areas including customer satisfaction, employee engagement, innovation, social responsibility, and financial strength. In the 2025 rankings, Lennox earned a spot among the top 50 companies for financial strength and ranked within the top 100 for customer satisfaction, underscoring its balanced approach to operational excellence and customer focus.

Throughout 2025, Lennox made significant investments to enhance the customer experience across its residential and commercial businesses. The opening of its largest Regional Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kansas expanded capacity and accelerated fulfillment, enabling the company to deliver more than 90 percent of commercial rooftop units and accessories within one day. These improvements strengthened Lennox’s supply chain responsiveness and service reliability.

Lennox also advanced its digital capabilities by introducing AI-powered support agents for dealers, technicians, and homeowners, improving access to troubleshooting and product resources. Additionally, the acquisition of the Duro Dyne and Supco brands expanded Lennox’s parts and supplies portfolio, allowing the company to better support customers throughout the full installation, service, and maintenance lifecycle.
