Omega Flex has unveiled an updated line of fittings for its TracPipe® corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) systems, introducing enhancements that simplify installation and improve consistency for contractors working in the field.
Developed using feedback from installers, the redesigned fittings feature a protective silicone sleeve that covers exposed stainless steel at the connection point, along with other design improvements intended to make installations faster and more intuitive. The fittings are available in sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches and are compatible with both TracPipe and TracPipe PSII systems for natural gas and propane applications.
Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial projects, the new fittings are designed to work across a variety of installations, helping contractors standardize their approach while achieving clean, professional results. They can be installed using common hand tools already found on the jobsite and connect easily to traditional black iron piping as well as directly to gas appliances, providing a dependable seal and a streamlined installation process.
