The Inland Empire community will feature homes priced starting in the $300,000s.

Richmond American Homes is opening a new neighborhood with three model homes at the McSweeny Farms master-planned community in Hemet, California. The model homes, open for tours starting Jan. 16, will showcase the three Seasons collection floor plans available at McSweeny Farms: one single-story plan and two two-story plans.

The homes range from approximately 2,080 to 2,660 square feet in size, with up to five bedrooms, up to three baths, and two-car garages. All are priced starting in the $300,000s.

The single-story Agate plan features a covered porch and a formal entry, a mudroom, a flex room, and an open concept kitchen overlooking a great room and dining room. The two-story Tourmaline plan features a flex room or fifth bedroom on the main floor and a large owner’s suite on the second level with a loft and walk-in closet.

“We are thrilled to welcome one of the country’s top home builders to this special community,” says Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corp., which is developing McSweeny Farms with Cross Lake Partners. “Richmond American is also selling its Seasons collection at our Green Valley master plan in Hemet, and home buyers have responded favorably to these homes.”

The full master-planned community is expected to have approximately 1,600 homes upon completion. Amenities include walking trails, private and public parks, and an 18,000-square foot recreation center with a fitness center, an outdoor amphitheater, and a pool and spa.

“McSweeny Farms gives you the small-town atmosphere with many local conveniences,” Parker says. “It’s nearby every shopping and dining option you could want, and within a short drive from employment centers, an airport, and many beautiful natural resources.”
