Sales have opened for Trumark Homes' Pelican Shores community, part of the Water Valley master-planned development in Windsor, Colorado.

“This is an exciting and important day for Trumark Homes and new home buyers in Colorado, as we debut Pelican Shores and begin sales in this exceptional community,” says Trumark Homes’ Colorado division president Scott Davis. “We have received a great deal of interest from home buyers and a warm welcome from the community since entering the Colorado market last summer. We look forward to creating wonderful homes for buyers who desire the unmatched lifestyle provided in this dynamic northern Colorado enclave.”

Pelican Shores features 59 single-family detached homes, including eight larger lots on the lakefront. Buyers can select from 10 floor plans, including ranch and two-story plans, ranging between 2,199 and 4,052 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. Some plans in the community feature offices. Prices start in the high $700,000s, with waterfront lots starting around the mid-$1 million mark.

Residents in the community will have access to numerous community amenities, including swim beaches, a private pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, 27 holes of golf, and miles of walking trails. Pelican Shores also provides access to many of northern Colorado’s amenities and services in the nearby cities of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, including the Horsetooth Reservoir and the Promenade Shops at Centerra.

“We look forward to what the future holds for Trumark Homes in Colorado,” says Davis. “Pelican Shores will become a vibrant community within Windsor and offer a preview of the quality craftsmanship that will differentiate Trumark Homes in this market.”

Trumark is also preparing to launch sales for 159 homes at RainDance National in Windsor, Colorado. The 50-, 60-, and 70-foot lots will accommodate both ranch and two-story home designs, with 11 floor plans ranging between 2,100 and 4,400 square feet and prices starting in the high $700,000s.
