Shinn Group Announces New Leadership Transition as Emma Jane Wildermuth and Brian Wildermuth Assume Executive Roles

Shinn Group, a leader in home building consulting, proudly announces a new generation of leadership, with Emma Jane Wildermuth stepping into the role of President and Brian Wildermuth appointed as Executive Vice President. Together, they bring an impressive blend of experience, vision, and a dedication to strengthening the Shinn Group’s legacy of supporting private home builders across the United States.
Emma Jane Wildermuth, who has been with the Shinn Group since 1999, has been integral to the company’s growth and focus on educational programs for the next generation of home builders. Starting with managing seminar logistics and overseeing the Shinn Home Building Education division, Emma Jane now leads the company forward, continuing the mission of founders Chuck and Emma Shinn. Emma Jane’s deep industry insight and commitment to operational excellence make her uniquely positioned to guide the organization through an evolving home building landscape. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with a focus on leadership development and from the University of Denver.
Brian Wildermuth, who joined The Shinn Group in 2023, brings a wealth of real estate industry expertise to his role as Executive Vice President. With a career spanning over four decades, Brian is recognized for his entrepreneurial contributions in omni-channel marketing and extensive leadership experience in title services, enterprise business services, and marketing. His visionary approach and strategic acumen are instrumental as The Shinn Group undertakes a generational transition. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Brian is a respected speaker and industry thought leader.
In addition to their responsibilities directing the future stability and growth of the Shinn Group, Emma Jane and Brian will be active consultants, bringing their hands-on experience in leadership development and modern marketing strategy to today’s new generation of home builders.
The Wildermuth's are part of a long-tenured team who will provide additional stability to the company during the transition. Consultants Jim Wiegel and Ed Hauck have been teaching in the Shinn Group for more than two decades and their experience and knowledge will continue to serve the industry. Terry Nickels is chief operations officer for Shinn Builder Partnerships, which is a collaboration between builders and building product manufacturers and service companies. His leadership will continue to drive the growth of Shinn Builder Partnerships.
