The Builder of Choice Award recognizes a builder’s commitment to creating and maintaining an environment that allows trades and suppliers to accomplish their work efficiently and effectively.
Employer of Choice Award
The Employer of Choice Award recognizes builders receiving high ratings from employees for maintaining a supportive and motivational working environment with clear lines of communication and opportunities for personal growth.
The surveys conducted for the Builder of Choice Award and Employer of Choice Award are designed to help builders pinpoint problem areas impacting employee and trade contractor performance. This information helps drive strategies for year-over-year improvement.
Customer Satisfaction Award
The Customer Satisfaction Award recognizes builders with high standards, company culture, and processes in place to deliver what is most important to home buyers—quality construction and a great buying experience.
