The 60-unit Brookland Grove community will offer homes with roof terraces priced starting in the $800,000s.

Tri Pointe Homes is set to build its first-ever townhome community in the District of Columbia—Brookland Grove in the Brookland neighborhood. The community will offer 60 townhome units at completion, including nine designated as inclusionary zoning units, with pricing expected to start in the $800,000s.

The builder’s D.C. Metro Division, formerly known as Winchester Homes, has been building homes in the Greater D.C. metro area for 40 years. “We are thrilled with the opportunity to bring life-changing homes directly to the district,” says Brad Blank, president of Tri Pointe Homes' D.C. Metro Division. “There’s a huge demand for new homes in the district, and we look forward to offering thoughtfully designed townhomes and an exceptional home buying experience."

Brookland Grove will offer buyers a choice of three floor plans—Newton, Edgewood, and Whitlow—ranging from 2,027 to 2,346 square feet in size with three to four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and rooftop terraces. All homes will include stainless steel appliances, large kitchen islands, hardwood flooring on the main level, granite countertops in the kitchen and primary bath, and Tri Pointe’s Homesmart technology package.

Development at Brookland Grove is expected to begin early this year.
