Pelican Shores in the Water Valley master plan will feature 59 single-family detached homes, including eight larger lots on the lakefront.
After announcing the opening of a new Colorado division in September, Trumark Homes has plans to build their first new community in the state. Pelican Shores will be part of the Water Valley master-planned development in Windsor, located off Weld County Road 17.
“We are very excited to introduce Trumark Homes to new home buyers in Colorado with Pelican Shores,” says Scott Davis, division president of Trumark Homes’ Colorado operations. “Water Valley is one of the most exciting lifestyle developments in Northern Colorado, and Pelican Shores residents will be able to enjoy everything this thoughtful master-planned community offers, including swim beaches, a private pool, tennis courts, fitness center, 27 holes of championship golf, and miles of walking trails, among other amenities and activities.”
In addition to its community features, Trumark Homes’ Pelican Shores neighborhood will provide convenient access to many of Northern Colorado’s amenities and services in the nearby cities of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, including Horsetooth Reservoir and The Promenade Shops at Centerra.
Pelican Shores will feature 59 single-family detached homes, including eight larger lots on the lakefront. Home buyers will be able to select from 11 contemporary floor plans, both ranch-style and two-story plans, ranging in size from 2,199 to 3,746 square feet.
Models are expected to open in January 2022, and home sales will follow in early 2022 with pricing expected to start in the high $700,000s.
