Williams Homes, Inc. just cracked the top-10 in its market as the seventh largest Los Angeles developer for residential homes according to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2019 “The List” standings by number of units sold in the county.

Released in April, “The List” is an annual survey of the largest residential real estate companies ranked by the number of residential units sold in Los Angeles County. The ranking comes after years of growth for the privately-owned development company.

In 2019, Williams continued to expand throughout Los Angeles County, and in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties, as well as out-of-state operations in Idaho and Montana. Williams reported results of first quarter sales ending March 31, 2020 at 114% exceeding high-end projections.

During the last 22 years, Williams Homes has been instrumental in the development of more than 3,000 home sites throughout California and built and sold nearly 4,000 homes. This month, Williams will break ground on a 430-acre, master-planned community called Williams Ranch in Santa Clarita, California. The company currently is building new home communities throughout the state of California including: The Paseos and The Arroyos at Righetti in San Luis Obispo, Falcon Heights Encore in Lompoc, Rosewood in Santa Paula, Tovara West and Solana in Sylmar, and 24 On Centre in San Pedro. Several new communities will be introduced in 2020.
