Shinn Group announced the addition of two new consultants, Thomas Berrington and Paul Winegar, strengthening the firm’s expertise in operations, leadership, and technology innovation. In 2025, our top 20 builder members who took advantage of the valuable incentives offered through the Builder Partnerships rebate program earned a total of $1.5 million, and our top rebate earner added $217,000 to their bottom line.
